Confidential Consultation

Schedule a private conversation to discuss your situation and understand your options.

Start With a Confidential Conversation

Reaching out does not commit you to anything. Tell me a little about your situation and the property, and I will follow up personally with an honest read on where things stand and what your options are. Everything you share stays private, and I am glad to work alongside your attorney from the very first conversation.

If you and your former spouse are both open to it, I will keep you both informed at the same time, so neither side feels out of the loop. There is no pressure to list, to decide, or to move on any particular timeline. Most first conversations are simply about getting clear, reliable answers.

What Happens After You Reach Out

I usually reply within one business day. The first exchange is just a conversation: a few questions about the property, the stage of your divorce, and what you are trying to figure out, followed by an honest read on your realistic options and roughly what the home is worth today.

Nothing is billed for that first conversation, and nothing moves forward until you decide it should. If an attorney is already involved, I will coordinate with their office from the start so the property side never becomes the thing that holds up your settlement.
